Introduction
Scope of Services:
New Immigrant Services offers support and guidance for individuals applying for Permanent Residence (PR) in Canada, as well as pre and post-settlement services. Our services are consultative and designed to empower you with the knowledge and tools necessary for a successful transition to Canada.
Services Offered
Permanent Residency(PR) Application Support:
● Eligibility assessments and guidance on document preparation.
● Step-by-step support throughout the PR application process.
Note: We do not file the application on your behalf. The responsibility for submitting the application rests with you.
Pre and Post-Settlement Services:
● Job preparedness support, cultural integration workshops, language support, and financial guidance.
Note: We do not provide jobs but offer preparation and support to help you integrate into Canadian society.
User Obligations
Accurate Information:
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services. Any false or misleading information may result in the termination of services.
Confidentiality:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any personal information you provide to us and for any activities that occur under your account.
Compliance:
You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Fees and Payment
Payment Terms:
A deposit of 5000 INR per session(1 hour only with no exceptions) is required before any services are rendered. All fees once paid by you are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
Payment Methods:
Accepted payment methods will be provided. Clients are required to make
payment in advance, after which a receipt will be issued. The client has 30
days from the date of payment to schedule their consultation. Please note that
all fees paid are non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
Service Limitations:
While we strive to provide comprehensive guidance, we do not guarantee the success of PR applications or other processes. We are not responsible for any delays, rejections, or issues arising from the PR application process or settlement services.
Final Responsibility:
The final responsibility for submitting applications and complying with immigration laws rests with you.
Technical Disclaimer
Service Availability:
While we strive to always keep our website and services operational, we are not responsible for any technical issues, downtime, or errors that may occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services.
Force Majeure
Unforeseen Events:
We shall not be liable for any delays or failures in providing services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or internet outages.
Termination of Services
Grounds for Termination:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services without notice if you breach these Terms, provide false or misleading information, fail to make payments, or misuse our services.

Official communications will be conducted primarily through email. You are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate contact information and regularly checking for updates or notices regarding your services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

By accepting these terms and conditions, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms outlined above.
